What causes lower back pain after waking up?
I have been experiencing lower back pain upon waking up recently. The pain isn't severe, but it feels quite uncomfortable. Sometimes the discomfort eases after a while, but at other times it lasts longer. My job requires prolonged sitting, and I'm wondering if this might be the cause. I'd like to understand what might be causing my back pain upon waking.
