In general, mild myopia can be improved through proper eye usage, outdoor activities, adjusting reading posture, adequate sleep, and a balanced diet.

1. Proper eye usage: Avoid prolonged close-up eye usage. Every 45 minutes to an hour, take a 5-10 minute break by looking into the distance to reduce continuous strain on the eyes.

2. Outdoor activities: Increase time spent on outdoor activities; it is recommended to ensure at least 1-2 hours of outdoor exercise daily, as natural light helps prevent the progression of myopia.

3. Adjust reading posture: Maintain correct posture while reading and working, keeping books or screens at an appropriate distance from the eyes, generally recommended as 30-40 centimeters.

4. Adequate sleep: Ensure sufficient sleep, as sleep deprivation can negatively affect eye health and worsen myopia.

5. Balanced nutrition: Consume foods rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, and zinc, such as carrots, dark green vegetables, and fish, which contribute to eye health.

In daily life, it is recommended to maintain a healthy lifestyle and good eye usage habits to help prevent myopia and preserve visual health.
