Generally, a feeling of dizziness and head fullness may be caused by psychological factors, insufficient cerebral blood supply, cervical spondylosis, or other reasons.
1. Psychological factors: Lack of sleep, high stress levels, irregular lifestyle, and staying up late can lead to mental fatigue and neurological imbalance, resulting in symptoms such as dizziness and a heavy-headed feeling. It is recommended to improve lifestyle habits, get adequate rest, and maintain regular dietary routines.
2. Insufficient cerebral blood supply: Conditions such as hyperlipidemia, cerebral thrombosis, and cerebral infarction can impair blood circulation, leading to inadequate oxygen and blood supply to the brain. This may cause symptoms including dizziness, headache, fatigue, and a sensation of head fullness. If necessary, medications such as flunarizine hydrochloride or troxerutin tablets may be taken under medical guidance.
3. Cervical spondylosis: Prolonged periods of looking down or maintaining the same posture while working can damage the cervical spine, leading to cervical spondylosis. Occupations such as drivers and programmers are particularly prone to this condition. Besides causing dizziness and head fullness, cervical spondylosis may also result in neck stiffness, headaches, and numbness in the arms. It is advisable to balance work and rest appropriately and, if needed, take medications such as Jingkang Capsules or gastrodin tablets as directed by a physician.
