Introduction
Under normal circumstances, eating lychees and drinking beer may lead to adverse symptoms such as heatiness, abdominal pain, or discomfort. After consuming lychees along with a small amount of beer, the gastrointestinal tract digests and absorbs these substances, followed by basic metabolism in the body. Lychee is a tropical fruit; when consumed together with beer, the alcohol fermentation process can raise body temperature, leading to a "heaty" condition. After eating lychees and drinking alcohol, the alcohol may irritate the gastric mucosa.

Under normal circumstances, eating lychees and drinking beer may cause no adverse symptoms, but in some cases it can lead to heatiness, abdominal pain, or other discomforts. If symptoms occur, it is recommended to seek medical attention promptly and follow a doctor's guidance regarding medication and lifestyle adjustments for treatment.

1. No adverse symptoms: After consuming lychees and a small amount of beer, the body typically digests and metabolizes these substances without causing adverse reactions through normal gastrointestinal absorption and basal metabolism. No medication is required in such cases.

2. Heatiness: Lychee is a tropical fruit. When consumed together with beer, alcohol fermentation may increase body temperature, leading to "heatiness" (a traditional concept referring to internal heat). Under a doctor's guidance, medications such as Buzhong Yiqi Pills or Huanglian Shangqing Pills may be used for treatment. Maintain a light diet in daily life, eat more vegetables and fruits, and reduce intake of high-fat and high-sugar foods.

3. Abdominal pain: Drinking alcohol after eating lychees may irritate the gastric mucosa, causing damage to the stomach lining. It may also disrupt gastrointestinal function, increase the digestive burden, and impair complete metabolism, resulting in symptoms such as abdominal pain and diarrhea. If symptoms are severe, it is recommended to take medications such as enteric-coated aspirin tablets or ibuprofen sustained-release capsules under medical supervision. Rest in bed, avoid strenuous exercise, and develop healthy living habits.
