During this growth process, the breast tissue may stretch surrounding nerve fibers, leading to symptoms such as breast tenderness or pain upon pressure.

1. Male Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia refers to abnormal enlargement and development of one or both breasts in males. Ultrasound examination reveals glandular tissue rather than fat. During the growth process, the breast tissue may stretch surrounding nerves, causing symptoms such as breast tenderness or pain upon pressure. Medications like tamoxifen tablets or clomiphene citrate tablets may be taken as directed by a physician to alleviate symptoms.
2. Male Mastitis
Mastitis is primarily caused by bacterial infection in the breast area, manifesting as breast pain, swelling, increased skin temperature, and other symptoms. It is recommended to follow medical advice and take antibiotics such as cephalosporin tablets or cefazolin tablets to improve the condition.
3. Costochondritis
Costochondritis is an inflammatory condition affecting the costal cartilage, often resulting in swelling or protrusion of the cartilage accompanied by pain. Treatment typically involves medications such as ibuprofen capsules or amoxicillin capsules, used according to medical guidance.
Besides the above-mentioned causes, breast tumors or other conditions may also lead to chest swelling. During this period, it is important to get adequate rest and avoid prolonged熬夜 (staying up late).
