Gingival bleeding caused by oral inflammation can be effectively managed with anti-infective and anti-inflammatory medications under a physician’s guidance. Commonly prescribed drugs include metronidazole, cefixime, and cefradine. Concurrently, rinsing with chlorhexidine solution or hydrogen peroxide solution may be recommended. If the gingival bleeding results from vitamin C deficiency, appropriate vitamin C supplementation—under medical supervision—is advised.
