I have to move around for quite a while before experiencing any slight relief. My mattress isn't too soft or too hard—it feels quite suitable. Why is this happening then? Why do I experience back pain upon waking up?

Choosing a mattress with moderate firmness helps maintain the spine's natural curvature and reduces the occurrence of aches.

3. Excessive fatigue during the day: Prolonged standing, walking, or lifting heavy objects might lead to fatigue in the lower back and spinal muscles, accumulating metabolic byproducts like lactic acid, which can manifest as aching during nighttime rest. Appropriate rest, heat application, and massage can help relieve this type of fatigue-related pain.
