Introduction
Cesarean section refers to cesarean delivery. Left lower abdominal pain during menstruation after cesarean delivery may be caused by physiological factors or pathological conditions such as endometriosis and pelvic inflammatory disease, and can be treated through general management or medication. 1. Endometriosis

2. Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID)

If postoperative wound care is inadequate, bacterial infection may occur and potentially spread to the pelvic cavity, resulting in pelvic inflammatory disease. During menstruation, pain may arise due to inflammatory irritation. Under medical supervision, medications such as ofloxacin tablets or levofloxacin tablets may be prescribed for treatment.
