Introduction
Under normal circumstances, the muscles in the lower back are relatively thick, making them suitable for massage techniques such as fist-rolling method and palm-root kneading method. Before performing the massage, clean both hands and gently stroke the lower back slowly and softly. The practitioner should keep the thumb naturally extended while the other fingers are partially curled into a loose fist, applying pressure with the dorsal surfaces of the first phalanges of the index, middle, ring, and little fingers on the treatment area. The elbow joint should be slightly flexed, and appropriate force applied through the forearm.

2. The practitioner keeps the thumb naturally straightened while the other fingers are half-closed into a loose fist, applying pressure with the dorsal surfaces of the first phalanges of the index, middle, ring, and little fingers on the treatment area.

3. The practitioner slightly bends the elbow joint and uses the forearm to apply appropriate force, performing a pushing-pulling oscillating motion on the lower back. During operation, maintain close contact with the treatment site.
