Introduction
Persimmons contain a large amount of tannic acid, which may form indigestible substances when combined with alcohol, increasing the burden on the gastrointestinal tract and potentially causing health problems such as gastric calculi (stomach stones). Glutinous rice wine contains alcohol and consuming it together with persimmons may lead to the aforementioned adverse reactions. Glutinous rice wine itself has an irritating effect, and persimmons may form clots in the stomach, affecting normal gastric motility.

It is not recommended to drink sticky rice wine after eating persimmons.

Persimmons contain significant amounts of tannic acid, which may form indigestible substances when combined with alcohol, increasing the burden on the gastrointestinal tract and potentially causing health problems such as gastric calculi (stomach stones). Sticky rice wine contains alcohol, and consuming it together with persimmons may lead to the aforementioned adverse reactions.

Sticky rice wine itself has an irritating effect, while persimmons may form clots in the stomach, affecting normal gastric peristalsis and digestion. Consuming both together may intensify irritation to the gastric mucosa, which is detrimental to stomach health. Moreover, if the persimmon is not fully ripe, its tannic acid content will be higher, thereby increasing the risk of adverse reactions when consumed with sticky rice wine.

Both persimmons and sticky rice wine should be consumed in moderation to avoid excessive intake that may lead to physical discomfort.
