Typical manifestations of radial nerve injury include wrist drop deformity, inability to actively extend the wrist and metacarpophalangeal joints, and numbness or discomfort in the “anatomical snuffbox” region. Typical manifestations of ulnar nerve injury include claw hand deformity and sensory loss or numbness over the medial (ulnar) aspect of the little finger and the medial half of the ring finger.
