Pregnancy-related fatty liver usually occurs during pregnancy, and patients may present with varying degrees of gestational edema, proteinuria, and hypertension. In the acute phase of pregnancy-related fatty liver, symptoms such as anorexia, nausea, vomiting, and fatigue may appear. As the condition worsens, jaundice may develop, typically presenting as obstructive jaundice. Patients with a severe bleeding tendency may experience mucocutaneous hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, and gingival bleeding.
