Ear cleaning usually has no effect on sensorineural tinnitus. Sensorineural tinnitus is primarily caused by damage to nerve cells in the auditory nerve trunk, inner ear, or nerve fibers. Therefore, ear cleaning generally does not help. During episodes of sensorineural tinnitus, it is recommended to follow a doctor's guidance for proper treatment. Additionally, avoid prolonged exposure to noisy environments and extended use of headphones, as these may worsen the condition.
