What to do if you feel unwell due to heatstroke
Disease description:
I chose a nice day to go out, but ended up suffering from heatstroke. I feel weak and have diarrhea. I would like to know what to do if I feel unwell in the stomach due to heatstroke?
When experiencing discomfort caused by heatstroke, the first step is to remain calm and avoid panicking. This discomfort may result from physical stress due to elevated body temperature. Rapid cooling is essential; move the affected person to a cool, well-ventilated area, wipe their body with a wet towel, or use a fan or air conditioning to lower the ambient temperature. At the same time, replenish adequate fluids and electrolytes by drinking salted water or sports drinks to help restore fluid balance. If psychological discomfort persists or worsens, self-regulation techniques such as deep breathing and muscle relaxation may be helpful, and seeking companionship and comfort from family or friends may also be beneficial. If symptoms persist or do not improve, prompt medical attention is recommended to avoid delaying treatment.
