Which is better for a strained lower back, lying flat on your back or lying on your stomach?
I accidentally strained my lower back, and now I'm experiencing severe pain in my waist. The pain intensifies significantly even with slight movement. Should I lie flat or on my stomach to relieve the pain? I'm really confused about which position to choose.
