Disease description:

Recently, I have been troubled by issues of sore throat and excessive internal heat. I have heard that there are several Chinese herbs in traditional medicine that are particularly effective in relieving these symptoms, namely Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Siraitia grosvenorii (Luo Han Guo), Chrysanthemum indicum (Ye Juhua), Sterculia lychnophora (Pangdahai), and the embryo of the lotus seed (Lianxin). However, I am not very clear about their specific effects and how to use them. Therefore, I would like to understand the primary functions and indications of these five herbs.
