Introduction
If one has cervical cancer, consuming certain foods can only help prevent cancer or alleviate its symptoms as an adjunctive measure—for example, eating cauliflower, white radish, and Chinese cabbage may enhance the body’s immune resistance; however, food alone cannot treat cancer. Numerous foods may aid in the prevention of cervical cancer or serve as supportive measures to alleviate cancer-related symptoms.

Foods That May Support Cervical Cancer Prevention and Management

Numerous foods can help prevent cervical cancer or serve as adjunctive support in managing its symptoms.

First, foods rich in vitamin C—such as cauliflower, white radish, Chinese cabbage, and other green vegetables—may help prevent cervical cancer. Vitamin C inhibits the formation of virus-infected cells and enhances immune function by promoting immune cell maturation. Therefore, appropriate vitamin C intake is beneficial to overall health.

Second, moderate consumption of soy-based products—such as tofu and soy milk—is recommended. Soy contains natural phytoestrogens, which may inhibit the growth of cervical adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, and may also help suppress cancer cell metastasis.

Third, foods high in beta-carotene—including carrots, pumpkins, animal liver, and eggs—can also be beneficial when consumed in moderation.

Patients diagnosed with cervical cancer should seek prompt medical evaluation and adhere strictly to their physician’s treatment plan, which may include chemotherapy agents such as cisplatin, carboplatin, or paclitaxel.

In daily life, patients are advised to follow a light, well-balanced diet, ensure adequate nutrition, and prioritize sufficient rest.

We hope the above information is helpful. Wishing you good health and happiness!
