Mulberries boast exceptional nutritional and medicinal value, containing sugars, protein, fat, tannic acid, malic acid, vitamin A, vitamin B₁, vitamin B₂, vitamin C, iron, sodium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, carotene, and anthocyanins.
