Introduction
Individuals who are hepatitis B virus carriers and have normal liver function tests or normal abdominal color Doppler ultrasound findings—and who are otherwise in good health—may undergo routine autologous fat facial grafting. However, those with明显 abnormal liver function (e.g., markedly elevated transaminases), established cirrhosis, or complications such as ascites or hepatic encephalopathy are not suitable candidates for autologous fat facial grafting; the final decision should be made based on individual clinical assessment.
