Introduction
Under normal circumstances, chocolate is incompatible with yogurt, tea, sesame seeds, lamb, milk, and other foods. The lactic acid bacteria in yogurt can combine with the sugar in chocolate, producing gas that may cause discomforts such as abdominal distension and pain. In addition, proteins in yogurt might bind with oxalic acid in chocolate, affecting calcium absorption. However, this does not mean they absolutely cannot be consumed together.

Generally speaking, chocolate is incompatible with yogurt, tea, sesame seeds, lamb, milk, and other foods. The specific analysis is as follows:

1. Yogurt

The lactic acid bacteria in yogurt can combine with the sugar in chocolate, producing gas that may cause discomfort symptoms such as abdominal distension and pain. Additionally, the protein in yogurt may bind with oxalic acid in chocolate, affecting calcium absorption.

2. Tea

Tannic acid in tea can combine with proteins and minerals in chocolate, forming indigestible precipitates that affect nutrient absorption. The caffeine in tea and chocolate may interact, potentially causing palpitations and other effects.

3. Sesame

Sesame contains abundant nutrients such as vitamin E, but consuming it with chocolate may affect the absorption and utilization of vitamin E. Components in chocolate may react with vitamin E, reducing its nutritional value.

4. Lamb

Lamb is a heat-inducing food, while chocolate contains high calories and certain stimulating components. Consuming them together may intensify internal heat, leading to symptoms of excessive internal heat, such as dry mouth, constipation, and insomnia.

5. Milk

Milk contains abundant protein and calcium, while oxalic acid in chocolate may combine with these components to form insoluble calcium oxalate. This not only affects calcium absorption but may also cause diarrhea, dry and brittle hair, and other symptoms.

The incompatibility between the above foods and chocolate is not absolutely prohibited. In daily diets, these foods can be appropriately combined according to individual constitution and health conditions, while paying attention to physical reactions.
